Refund policy

Our policy accepts exchanges and returns on items shipped within the continental United States in original condition that have not been worn, altered or washed. The items must still have all original tags attached. 

For exchanges, you may select the same item in a different size or choose a different item of equal value from our store.

If you prefer not to exchange your item, you may return it for store credit or a refund for domestic orders. Returns are subject to a handling fee, which will be deducted from your refund or store credit. Store credit and refunds are automatically calculated to reflect any discounts and taxes at the time of purchase.

Please note that returns for unworn items in new and original condition with all tags attached will be accepted within 15 days of purchase for online orders and events only. International orders are final sale. Items without original tags attached, sale items marked as final sale, and custom orders are final sale. Third party retailers have their own policies that may differ from Mrs Momma Bear.

Orders or items that arrive damaged must be submitted to return within 3 days of the arrival date. Items must be returned with the returned reason “Damaged” and you will be asked to submit a photo of the damaged areas to confirm the damage. We accept full refunds on damaged items for no restocking fee. This refund will go back to the original method of payment used to make the purchase. 

We reserve the right to reject a return/exchange if we believe the item falls outside the return and exchange criteria. We are so grateful for your support of our brand and mission and want to do our best to take care of our customers. We ask that you respect us in turn. 

All exchanges and returns can be started at https://returns.mrsmommabear.com/.  All store credit or exchange requests will be reviewed before approval and have to be made within the stated time frame.
